Big thank you to Damien who replaced not one but two blown globes in my car. It was also no issue for him to help me out unlike another major car part retailer who wouldn’t assist at all.

I just reckon if they advertise 25% off oil, they should give the discount without having to ask for it. When they charged full price, I politely reminded them there should be 25% off. They changed it, but no hint of an apology or any remorse. It just seemed a hassle for them. It's just easier to charge full price I guess.

A Huge thankyou to young Campbell who very helpful re advice on a new car battery. He installed car battery in the heat (35 degrees) and recycled my old battery. Excellent customer service. Campbell you are wonderful!
