I booked a rental through them and they confirmed the booking, took my deposit. Weeks later they cancelled my booking out of the blue, no phone call, just cancelled it claiming there was a group that rent it every year at that time, even though they hadn't blocked it out, yet they simply listed the property again to be rented for the dates they cancelled on me.

Very pleased with the service provided by Brian Silver in arranging our purchase of a Cowes property. He was always accommodating in facilitating inspections both pre and post sale.
