Bloody awesome people to deal with, great products, highly recommend

Recently installed Bullbar in my MR triton. The bullbar arrived missing 2 lights which when contacted they were quick to help me out with a set of lights, which i was pleased about.However the finish of the bar is pretty bad for a $2000 product. There is gouges where a grinder has been used to clean welds and then powder coated straight over. Also, the passenger side of the bar has a really crooked edge.

Purchased 2nd hand set of their rock sliders (that was shipped off from the eastern states to WA to offload - was told a customer ordered them but they fell in some water so customer no longer wanted them but somehow there was no fitting kit) from their reseller Aussie Offroad in Perth. I then tried contacting them via Aussie Offroad (which I am guessing is the same company) in the eastern states (needed help getting fitting kit) as their website was very light on contact details but after they passed my contact details on, no one got back or attempted to contact me. Finally contacted them via Facebook messenger. At first they were unwilling to help (but happy to sell me a brand new set of rock sliders), then said they would see what they could do but then didn't hear back from them. Only responding when I contacted them again a month later saying they cant help me. Their website is now better but not fully setup with large chunks of details about their products missing and links that don't work which is quite unprofessional and should have been a bit of a red flag. Just from my experience so far with this company, I suggest if you are looking at buying their products and you may need customer service or support, especially if you are on the other side of the country, you may want to look elsewhere.
