This is NOT an ordinary cup of coffee. This little window was opened most of the time during Covid. I would pass by and see the owner very faithfully open her Cafe despite what was going on around her. This encouraged me and TODAY I REMEMBERED.This morning I was at Nanna's Place by the window for a take away Latte. The barista was very professional and kind. The coffee was made just right. Thank God for great barista's!It's not the food or coffee itself. It's the feeling I get every time I pass by.Let us keep supporting those who supported us during the dark times.Thank you Nanna's Place. We are proud of you.

1st & only time here.Only wanted coffee & cake to go as we were on the road as part of a very long trip.Hubby is coeliac but no indication on cakes as to whether gluten free or not, just a scrawling sign saying gluten free available. Server was friendly but didn't know what was gf. She asked the cook who also didn't know. The owner must be intimidating because she was on the phone & server didn't want to approach her. The owner kept talking on the phone while making the coffee & finally indicated some GF cakes but didnt give specific details. When I asked for a coffee tray I was charged 30c extra, and the coffee was ordinary anyway. The customer is obviously not important to the grumpy owner!

The courtyard was filthy, had bird poo all over the place. The coffee was average. The açaí bowl was an easy 0/10 (horrible and runny) the strawberry’s were thrown in whole and they weren’t fresh. The kids sliders were wrong and asked without sauce and they added sauce. Way over priced! Not recommended at all!!

Coffee good. Lemon 'brownie ' cold in the centre. Owner bypassed me in the queue even though she had acknowledged me and I had waited patiently.

Really disappointed in this cafe. Miss the previous owners and friendly staff.Cafe was completely empty when I visited the other week with my toddler, baby & parents. My toddler was excited to sit on a chair at the very back of the cafe; however, we were told that because there were 4 of us we couldn’t sit where she wanted and was told it was store policy to sit at a 4 person table at the front of the cafe, instead of two tables close together right at the back (which was a more convenient location for a pram and out of the way if any customers came in). I politely asked if we could sit at the back just for the moment as no one else was in the cafe & if any customers came in to dine, could we move then. We were told no as it’s their policy. We were also told that my pram had to be out the way once we were moved to the front of the cafe. We decided on getting takeaway instead as it was really awkward and the lady was quite rude (assuming owner as she wasn’t nice to the other staff). She informed us that it was extra $ for a takeaway tray too. We haven’t gone back and won’t be returning. Owner (?) was extremely rude. Made my parents feel really uncomfortable. Our scones were also toasted, which was strange. Never had toasted, crunchy scones before! We also never see anyone sitting inside and now we understand why.We now prefer the cafes near Woolies/Aldi now! They are very family friendly! Lovely service and friendly staff, & no charge for takeaway trays or takeaway cutlery there!

Came here for a something to eat and a coffee staff where young swearing unprofessional and one was going into kitchen vaping. They didn’t know what they had or didn’t have on the menu. Coffee was average food was overpriced and horrible. There was more customers coming in for take away coffees the way the staff talked to them and swore was shocking you could tell it was making them uncomfortable even made me and my partner uncomfortable. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and I won’t be back. Nana would be rolling in her grave

I ordered 2 coffee's I particularly asked for one to be extra hot it was not , I therefore had to order another one . The lady making the coffee did say she would make me another I declined as I drank half of it already . I ordered the sweet pancakes asked for an extra one never received it I advised the young lady as I paid for it . My husband ordered the satay pie it was dry the veges where cold in the middle. Table water had to be asked for twice. Also pepper and salt together? Some people don't or can't have both. It's important to know what is happening in your business when your not there.

Ordered through Menulog. Fantastic savoury pancakes that potentially cured my hangover. Still warm and fresh even after delivery. Will definitely dine in person soon!
