Katie is the puppy whisperer! Her gentle approach is so effective, and she has made such a difference with our Cavoodle, Coco. She's provided us with the tools to set Coco up with positive behaviours and we are so grateful for her assistance.

Our 1 year old Labrador Clifford was trained as a pup by another trainer, but stopped his training for a few months. Katie came to our house for an initial consultation on some training queries we had and holistic care advice. We were blown away from the first enquiry phone call, her detailed initial consultation form, her in depth knowledge she lent us in just a short meeting, and the report she provided was fantastic and easy to understand.It's clear she has a true passion for what she does and we were so happy with the advice and guidance she provided us. We will certainly be keeping in touch.

Katie is such a lovely and caring trainer. She has so much knowledge and is such a calming presence. Our 2yr old Cavalier has struggled with bad anxiety and reactivity since we got him at 6mo. In the 2 months we have been seeing Katie he has grown so much confidence, become calmer and easier to settle in stressful situations and has really started to show his personality more. We are so great full for her help and knowledge so we can continue to help improve our little boys anxiety and will continue to get training with Katie as it’s such a beneficial service she provides. She also helped with tips for our older girl Emmy too who now doesn’t feel the need to bark for food or attention.

WHO HAS THE BEST-EST DOG IN THE WORLD?! We do, of course, thanks to Hounds in Harmony. Rescuing LilyPad PetalBlossom was one of the best things we ever did--even if we didn't know it right away...she was a handful! With a history of abuse--we struggled to teach her the basics. She was so full of love but didn't know how to show it the right way and we didn't know how to teach her, but Katie Saran did . She's some kind of magician because Lily was a different dog after the very first lesson. By the fourth we were sure our crazy love-muffin was an alien stand-in. We still have two to go but have decided to work on hide and seek games because she's already excelled at the basics! Thank you Katie/Hounds in Harmony for teaching our family (that's our dogs too) how to love and be happy together!

My family and I own a 9 year old Staffy who has always had severe separation anxiety. We have tried to treat him with medication however never had any real success, but did not know what else we could try. It got to the point where we couldn't even leave him alone for longer than half hour without him getting out and we always feared he would injure himself (which he did) or injure another dog.We were recommended to Katie by a local vet and she really has made a big difference, not only to our lives but to our dog - Bull. She was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding and patient. Katie taught us different techniques on managing him which we have practiced and put into place and the changes have been unbelievable. We can now walk him without him wanting to attack any dog in site, and can leave him at home when necessary.We would highly recommend Katie and honestly feel that you will not look back. We found Katie went above and beyond to assist us, was a great communicator and was always happy to receive an update along the way, especially when it was all so new to us. Katie is the puppy whisperer! I have a 9-month old mini schnauzer, Otto, who is overloaded with energy and enthusiasm for life! He has difficulty in controlling his unbridled excitement when out and about seeing other dogs, children and generally anything that moves. Within 15 mins Katie was able to calm him down and his response to her commands was quite unbelievable! Katie's session at home, the strategies she recommended for Otto and the wealth of knowledge and support on offer has made such a difference!

I’m a first-time puppy mum and Katie got me through a very over whelming time. My puppy Walter was quite upset from leaving his family, Katie helped me understand Walters behaviours better, as well as how to make the adjustment to his new environment as non-stressful as possible. Katie gave me the confidence to guide him through developing some independence and taught me some basics to establish some groundwork for obedience training. I cannot recommend Katie enough.
