Went to purchase an item advertised on the website at $38.90. Store staff wanted to charge $44.90 despite being shown the advertised price. One star is one to many.

Great variety and competitive pricing. Five stars for that. But customer service was terrible. I was trying to shop with 4 children. It was so hot inside the shed. One nice lady set me up with a fan while I was feeding my baby. But apart from that it was sneers and snide remarks. At one point I was told I couldn't get customer service as they were so busy on the phones that they couldn't help me. No discount for floor stock when they had nothing else available. Every inquiry was met with almost a grunt.Much prefer BCF with air con and tolerance towards children.

Really bad customer service. Was told by a staff member they do 30-day return. Went to return a gift and they refused. Now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t want. They were very rude during the process and it is clear they don’t value the customer experience. Cannot recommend and unfortunately me or anyone I know will never ever shop here again.

All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, really helpful - even carried my purchases to the car for me. Excellent range of camping, caravaning, hiking, outdoors related products , with a good range of prices. Plenty of parking right at the front door - very convenient.

Drove 1 hr to purchase items from this store , from the moment we set foot inside we were not made to feel welcome. 5 staff and we were the only customers. Lots of little things to pick at but at the end of the day we were there to spend money . Walked over the road and it was a totally different experience. Purchased 1 off the 3 items items we were looking for. Absolute pleasure to Shop thereto

Brilliant customer service, we went in on a late Sunday arvo right before they shut and they were so helpful. The staff went above and beyond, Nikki looked for a specific piece we couldn’t find on the shop floor. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable staff and great service!

Absolutely hopeless. I wanted a drawer fridge and when I asked about it, I was meet with shrugging shoulders and a dismissive I don't know". She was completely disinterested in helping at all. She repeated "i dont know" no fewer than 7 times. I even gave her the opportinity to find out by prompting her

Disgusted with the service. No good will for the customer. Partner bought a $380 dollar product that was wrong. We have been away and could not return within the required ‘7 days’. Product unopened and manager refused to return for store credit. When previously approached employee said on a case by case basis they will return for store credit. I have spent a lot of money at tentworld over the years. Never again. Go to BCF across the road, they would happily offer some good will to the customer.
