On my last appointment I made with it with Nicole and on my arrival Nicole left to do external appointments and moved me to Michael. Not happy for this to happen as Nicole had been looking after me up to this point.Easy solution was to go elsewhere.Communication of the change would have been good and I would have rescheduled. Far from happy.
