Burdekin Cascades Caravan Park

When you first arrive Jeanette greets you with a warm smile. The rooms are basic if your looking for fancy this is not for you. Rooms are comfortable, we had double and single room. Storage is small but if your happy to live out of your suitcase this is how it is. Bathroom has the essentials, toilet basin and shower. The shower is fantastic with hot water that doesn't run out. The beds are comfy you will get a good night's sleep. Rooms have a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, TV The rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioners to rival the supermarkets.Don't be fooled by the photos, there is a pool and deck area to kick back in with a bbq to enjoy.Nothing is too much trouble, Jeanette and team will make you feel welcome and relaxed and can offer you their extensive knowledge, their service has been amazing.We have stayed here for several weeks with family and wouldn't go anywhere else.Price is quite reasonable, highly recommend if you not picky.

Excellent park with the friendliest manager just a short walk to shops and a pool right next door. The amenities were in good condition and clean. Nice quiet spot to relax. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good place. Very reasonable price. The gardens and lawns are very well maintained and tidy. Amenities are very clean. Showering was not a good experience. Hot water and lights seem to be on a timer. Otherwise a nice stop.

We stayed 1 nite stopover.The park is just off the highway, so convenient to drive in.Staff were lovely and friendly. The amenities were very clean, the grounds are very well manicured.Best of all... they are dog friendly!!Would definitely return once back in Ayr.

Such a great place. Super friendly and helpful service. The amenities were the best I’ve seen. The kitchen area was awesome and so well kept. Overall peaceful, felt safe, clean and close to shops. All at a very low price. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Mel and Pat do such a great job , making everyone very welcome and Amenities are spotless and Grounds are beautiful and green and well kept .. We will definitely be back
