Le Nails Day Spa & Beauty Double Bay

I just want to share what they did for 70$. You really have to be not into details, extremely confident and arrogant to allow your clients leave your salon with nails like that:) Did this sns on Wednesday, on Saturday one nail is already chipped.

What i like about this spot is the relaxing experience and soothing vibe, Lovely background music . Friendly staff, good conversation. For pricing you don’t need to worry coz whatever on the price list is what you pay. It will be reasonable . My gel mani nail turned out beautiful every time I came here.

Went into the store and they ignored me until I approached someone requesting a wait time frame. They mumbled to each other essentially ignoring me until I asked again looking at them all and they eventually said to come back in 30min it’s and they would see to me. I returned in 30min it’s and once again was ignored and then told an additional 30minutes. If this is the way they run their business then I don’t understand how they would have regulars. Appalling, making customers feel uncomfortable.

Me and my lil girl have a lovely experience. They have nice space, good hygiene. The friendly staff make us feel welcome. Perfect high quality gel mani .

10/10 nail experience here. Your nail ‘d be take care by the expert. But don’t worry, you still gonna get the top quality nail service but they wouldn’t overcharge you. Love how beautifully my sns nail is. I ‘d return soon.

I had my nails done by Kate ( owner) i wanted shellac manicure with one colour with the tips, but she instead of putting shellac nails did SNS 3 layers and on the top shellac. Price on the list was $35 plus maybe $10 tips and SNS with tips $55 but at the end my price increased till $65 i have no idea why???? After she finished job she gone , was letting to wash my hands. Of course i paid $65..When i came outside and saw the job was terrible, nails so thick and curvy , heavy seems like not mine, colour like ombre( some spots lighter some darker), especially so bad left hand. Just wanted to cry. Decided to go back and tell about it. Of course she asked me whats wrong? if you not happy is your problem.I asked take of nails and should be nice to get refund. am ll never come back again. So bad service ...Kate not wearing disposable gloves , sharing file during my manicure with another girls...as well buffer ...she buffed my nails and passed to another girl next to her( so disappointed).She even did not say sorry ...Just was so rude and continually was repeating : is your problem i will not do refund for you....

First time for me at Le Nails day Spa double bay. Staff always friendly and smile to me. Excellent nail art that I was looking for. Will come back to see them 4sure ^^

My friend and I had a shellac pedicure and it was certainly not worth $45 each! They were rough to the point the girl actually cut my toe and made it bleed whilst doing my cuticles! This has never happened to me before. She didn't even acknowledge it or apologise, just put some cotton wool on it and carried on. Overall our nails looked ok but the service and quality of care doesn't even deserve 1 star! I had to say to the cashier at the end that I wanted some discount given she cut me and the women couldn't have looked less interested and begrudgingly have me $5 off, still no apology! I would NEVER go back!

Go to this Spa for the goodvibe only. Technicians are max friendly . I didn’t have an appointment but however they quickly take walk in service too. The mani/pedi is so satisfied, definitely comeback.
