I wish to thank Dr.Faye for her utmost caring professionalism and for her young exceptional team of girls that back her.My 13 yr old girl Macy was petty much soon to be no longer with us due to an off the scale un functional liver, which amazingly with no doubt with Faye’s care and guidance of her caring team somehow managed to reverse, having many experiences with Vets over the years and what as we all know it’s expected to receive exorbitant bills, you only get what you pay for right!With limited choice of where to take my little girl Macy (Miniature Schnauzer) Macy,Sally and myself can’t thank Faye and the girls enough.In this region if you want THE upmost professional heartfelt family care at a seriously fair and realistic cost Dr Faye and her beautiful caring team are the absolute pinnacle at their game.You guys saved my little girls life.Thank youShane Warren

Faye and staff were amazing during Kazs operation to remove a massive cancerous lump from her hip. They gave her a check over while they had her under & found a bad back tooth which they removed while they had her under. Very grateful they did as she is 17years old in a few weeks.

Faye is an amazing, compassionate lady and her staff always do their best to fit us in when one of our little rescue hens is sick. They are sympathetic and caring, and we are so lucky we found a wonderful team with true empathy.

I can't say enough about the team at Proserpine Vets, they are just fantastic. We had multiple pet birds getting sick ( some passed away ) but the team was always able to fit us in on short notice, gave great advice and went the extra mile many times to make us and our pets feel like we were in great hands. A very professional practice with a caring and highly capable team of Vets and assistants. Thanks guys

We were in a devastating situation having discovered our kitten had been mauled by a neighbours dog. We rushed her to the Proserpine Vet Surgery - where we were greeted by the kindest most beautiful people. Faye and her team managed to save our cat's life, along with her broken leg. It was so traumatic for all of us, but through our tears and devastation, we were confident that our kitten was in the best hands. Kind, compassionate, caring and professional - this is the vet surgery you and your animal need. I still cry when i think about what our cat went through, but so thankful for Faye and her gorgeous team. Best Vet Ever!

Staff are absolutely incredible. I feel so welcomed everytime I visit and they always go above and beyond to make sure your pet is happy. I have gone to a lot of places in my life where I’ve just felt like another number, another person but not here. Everytime I walk into the clinic with my kitten, they remember her, ask how she is, how she’s been… how I am, just amazing. I love my Proserpine vet family. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if I could. ❤️❤️

After a compassionate talk with Fay ,it was decided to have our best mate Tosh put to sleep ,from the time he left us ,to his cremated return, the staff where brilliant in caring for both of us and Tosh .They in there exallance made the entire sad procedure easier.ThankyouNoel, Annette
