I had a fantastic experience! I purchased the primer and foundation and lip gloss and the lady Sabrina who helped me not only did an incredible job of finding the right shades for me, her personality shined and really made my day!

Worst worst worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Dior. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but the Lady working she’s lucky I didn’t get her name working on 25th of November spoke to me in a very rude way. I told her that I wanted this lip oil and she’s like oh yeah that’s $60 as if I didn’t know or couldn’t pay for it, and then I kindly asked her if she can grab it for me and she put her hand up and snapped at me saying she is with a customer when I had no idea . Then the manger stepped in saying it’s Black Friday we’re under pressure when really there were only 2 other customers in the shop at the time I’m pretty sure the worker could’ve spoke to me in a nicer way as I do when I speak to my customers even when im under pressure. Never walking in there ever again!!!

Had a lovely experience in there this afternoon. Was only meant to get a little gift and ended up purchasing something for myself too. I was served by someone super warm and friendly, and took great care of me. She was very gentle and didn't rush the applications of products to my face. Thank you so much!

Had such great customer service by Sabrina in the store today. She went to a lot of trouble to find the perfume me and my partner were after to ensure we got the one we wanted. She was also able to match my skin colour for Dior backstage just by looking at my skin!! She was so lovely. We will definitely be back!!

Sensational customer service offered by friendly team member Irene. She was super nice and thorough. I had no idea what I wanted and she recommended some fabulous products, answered all of my questions and had incredible patience, i definitely felt comfortable with her and did not feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of! I will 100% return (with the whole family! Haha). Thank you Irene for making the Dior experience one to remember!

I had to leave a review as Irene was so incredibly helpful. She had such extensive knowledge of all the products and was able to assess my skin and recommend exactly what I needed as I have seen such an amazing improvement in my skin since following the skin program she set for me. Irene also walked me through quite a few fragrances and did not miss a single detail. I had to share as I have worked in customer service for a decade and was so appreciative of her service!

I don’t usually shop at Dior, but I wanted to get my partner something for her birthday. The person who served me, David, was very warm and knowledgeable. He gave great gift suggestions and I ended up getting one the Miss Dior perfumes and a lip glow oil. He then packed up the gift really nicely and even included some skincare samples, which he explained very well and passionately.My partner loved the gift so much, and even loved the skincare samples so much that I came back to the store to buy the moisturiser and serum that david gave samples for, as well as a perfume for myself. If David ever sees this review, thank you so much! My partner and I will now be happy Dior customers

Amazing customer service! The lovely Irene was so pleasant and welcoming - she is a true asset to your Dior store team Team!! I visited the Miranda boutique today to repurchase my favourite perfume J’adore and she suggested the gift pack on sale for Mother’s Day which includes the Lait Sublime moisturiser and a mini purse size J’adore + a bonus gift set.Whilst in store, I enquired about makeup and foundation so Irene also colour matched my skin to the Dior Forever skin glow and kindly provided me with a sample to try the product at home.Super helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming; I highly recommend visiting Irene at the Dior Boutique Miranda she is so knowledgeable on all things Dior beauty, passionate about the brand and the products, a true asset to the Dior Team!
