Priceline Pharmacy Strathpine

Poor service and leadership from the rude manager of this store who refused to refund a faulty product.She lacks good basic customer service skills and has now lost a loyal customer.See other reviews, as this was notan isolated incident.

The pharmacist and the other women working in the pharmacy were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have always shopped at Priceline around the country and I have never received such poor service. Not only were they unwilling to help they walked away from me while I was in the middle of speaking. I did not raise my voice or anything but they treated me very poorly. I was in shock. I'm 8 months pregnant and I left the store shaking because I was in such shock at being spoken to and dismissed so rudely without cause. I highly recommend the pharmacy across the way, Wholelife Pharmacy and Health Goods, who have a much larger range of products and a kind and caring staff, including a naturopath on Wednesdays and Fridays. I was treated with respect at Wholelife.

The lady was very knowledgeable about the skincare products and ingredients when I went in to buy some retinol skin cream.

Fabulous customer service, the staff were helpful and attentive. My special request for a quick flu vaccine with no sight of the needle beforehand was listened to and carried out with no fuss. Easiest vaccine to date, thank you!

I've been to this Pharmacy three times now, impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of their service

Appalling respect for their customers time.I walked in to ask about obtaining a second COVID vax. I was referred to their website to book. I did as directed, for an appointment in 6 hours time.It wasn’t until I arrived at my appointment that I was told they could not accommodate. At no point did they ring me, despite having every possible point of contact for me.Thank you for wasting my time.Do better.

I’m a regular customer of strathpine Priceline pharmacy . And let me tell you I have never ever found staff and pharmacist that genuinely care about there customers. The staff and owner are lovely , friendly and helpful. They always have a 10 out of 10 for customer service. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your your well looked after. They are always willing to helpful and go above and beyond for there customers . If only there were more pharmacies and businesses like this one. I wish I could give there rating a 20 star and even then it wouldn’t show how great this pharmacy and service is . If your looking for an amazing pharmacy and service don’t hesitate to shop he you won’t be disappointed at all.

My experiences with Priceline Pharmacy at Strathpine have always been positive and helpful. The staff are always willing to assist in any way and our needs have always been met and satisfied. Great service. I liked how I was wanting to by some over the counter supplements and was advised to speak with my Dr first. Good to see they are just not about selling me stuff, but do care about me and my health. Special mention to Ella for her help.

The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, staff are always friendly and helpful I highly recommend.
