Ordered our shirts in Feb, they replied to the wrong email (again), so we never got it..sorted that out, waited waited waited for our stuff..nothing..made contact, they said it would come the following week..3 weeks later we got our shirts..and mine only has half the requested embroidery!!!..not very good service, and very very slow!!

Once again Hi-profile have delivered above and beyond expectations. I simply went in with the sizes I needed and my logo. They advised me on what shirts would be the most suitable for my staff, and then I picked them up when done. All garments are perfect and they look impressive. 10/10

If I could give them zero I would - ZERO STARS. Steer clear of this business at all costs. First batch of shirts for embroidery were done incorrectly - half our logo was crooked. It took absolutely ages to get anything from them. They used the proof that I said was incorrect so our expensive Ganton shirts had a logo that shouldn't have been embroidered on them. Pretty inexcusable error to make. Then once our first batch of shirts were ready I arranged for DHL to collect them, when the driver arrived Hi Profile said to DHL they had no idea what he was there to collect. This business is not organised at all - another time delay and effort for me to call DHL and rearrange the collection. Nonetheless, I decided to give them another opportunity when I needed another shirt embroidered with our company logo. I sent the shirt to them and received a proof back from Ivan, again the same issue, the letters in our logo were not aligned. I asked Ivan to revise the proof which he did and sent me a sample of it stitched onto fabric, to me it still looked crooked which I said to him. Obviously considering the first error they made with our shirts I wanted to ensure this one was done correctly. He then proceeded to send me a rude email explaining the process of embroidery and why my expectations could not be met. At no point until now had anyone from Hi Profile bothered to explain to me why the letters would never be in a precise straight line, I was not aware of this and as the professionals I would have expected them to actually explain to me that it would not be completely perfect. Instead in his email he said he would no longer accept any work from our company. I was literally appalled, I was giving this company another opportunity after they ruined our first batch of shirts, yet this is how they treat me... the customer! I then sent an email to Col Howkins (my usual first point of contact) saying I am assuming by Ivan's email that they are refusing to do any work for our company? Col proceeded to tell me that he agreed with Ivan. Perhaps a better way of communicating with customers is to explain firstly why their expectation is not possible. I was not aware of anything that Ivan said in his email because no one at Hi Profile had bothered to take the time to explain it to me that embroidery is not perfect and even how it works. If they had actually informed me that it wasn’t possible I would not have asked for it and would have accepted the proof. Being in business for so long I am surprised that they clearly don’t understand this.This was the reply from Col Howkins - As mentioned we have been in business 28 years and probably 95% of our work is with existing customers on a very regular basis [weekly] all of whom have an understanding of what embroidery is.We do precious little work such as yours which comes via our website, as such it does not occur to us to explain letter and verse the vagaries of embroidery as opposed to a print medium.Basically what he is saying is, they don't have time to work with anyone who does not understand embroidery and new customers who don't do weekly work with them do not matter.I would stay clear of this business, nothing but time delays and incorrect work. They can't be bothered to take the time to explain a process to a customer. There's plenty of other businesses in Brisbane to choose from. Be warned.

I called 4 embroidery businesses who not only laughed at my 24 hour turn around request for 3 shirts, they assured me it was impossible! My 5th call was to Hi Profile who said Yes! The shirts were beautifully done, very neat and on my tight deadline. I am so grateful and would recommend this business everytime.

I would like to commend Hi Profile Embroidery for their excellent customer service, professionalism and for genuinely caring. I was in a situation where I wanted to have a school Jacket embroidered with an award for a very sick student in the palliative care unit of the hospital. They went above and beyond. The embroidery was amazing and gave a smile to the student. I would definitely recommend this business.

I would give more stars if I could. HiProfile Embroidery were able to complete my custom request (a tribute to a recently deceased family member) within 2 days in time for the funeral. Not only did they complete it quickly, but offered free services in my time of loss. Could not be more grateful.
