Deep Space: Termination

My friends and I have done both chapters so far. Much like their Deep Space experience this is an experience that is heightened when the players have the confidence to let their inhibitions slide. Loved the increased puzzle elements in the second chapter and can't wait for more from these genius designers.

Went last night with a few friends.Crazyyyyy stuff. The owner wasn't joking when he said its not a typical escape room - it is so much better. So immersive and really makes you feel like you are in the world they created! Can't wait for the next many episodes to come out - absolutely hanging on whats next in the stortline. Deep space was crazy good already (another escape room the same team created) but this just took it to a WHOLE new level!Keep up the good work!

A unique escape room experience and the most immersive one I've been to so far. The staff member looking after us was great. Try it!

Our group were excited to give this room a try after the amazing time we had in the Deep Space room they also had next door to this place. We were greeted by the owner dressed up in costume and he then, took us inside and got us all into our roles for the room.The room itself is so beautifully put together and we started getting into the story as it slowly started to unfold. By the end of the story, it certainly leaves you wanting more. I think the time you are supposed to spend in the room is about an hour long? But the time flies by so quickly that it feels like you've barely spent any time inside. It kind of feels like the intro of an RPG where you're just starting to learn about the characters and now you have to wait and see the next part.The only sort of negative that I had, was that the mask I had on was pretty uncomfortable as I don't think I had it fitting on my head properly. Also, I believe i could have spoken to my spirit guide thingy but I wasn't sure on when I could or couldn't do that or what I could talk to them about. (I also forgot its name so I wasn't sure if i had to say it's name in order for it to respond to me)The owner himself is so young, creative, energetic and so enthusiastic about his creation that we all had such a great time sharing in this story he has created. I can't wait until the chapters are released (We live in Sydney so we will have to come back down to Melbourne just for this) and I will also replay this room again when the other chapters are released as well.

Experienced both Deep Space and Space 2 at Ukiyo and their escape rooms are truly one of a kind! We all had an absolute blast, best escape room I've tried by a mile, and big credit to our host Charlie for her seemless operation and infectious enthusiasm! This is a must try experience in Melbourne.

Played the Deep Space escape rooms while staying in Melbourne for the weekend. The rooms are incredibly well made with branching storylines and decisions. If you're a fan of video games would highly recommend the experience; it's like a video game in real life

Fantastic customer service over email in regards to COVID, super proactive in giving me options when the sudden lockdown came into effect. Shoutout to Michael and the Ukiyo team :)Edit 22/2: Having now had the chance to come in and play, I can say without doubt it's an unparalleled experience! The immersion, puzzles and interactions were all superb, and I don't think I'm going to stop thinking about Deep Space for a long time. I don't want to say too much more for fear of spoiling anything, but it is 100% worth the hype.In addition, the customer service continued to be top-tier. Both Dave online, and Callum in-person were on the ball with helping us out during the experiences, as well as super friendly.

Fantastic combination of interactive story, agency and puzzle solving to create a seriously immersive escape experience. The quality of all aspects of this escape room is top tier.
