My family and I have been going to Petra for over 3 years now. Nothing changes with regards to her professionalism, knowledge, care and understanding of the body. Her gentle soothing hands hit the spot with the exact degree of pressure the body needs.Petra has a wealth of techniques to help relieve my stress, aches and pains. When I first started with Petra, I had a sever curve in my back (Scoliosis) and now, the hump has gone! My kidney, liver, stomach, spleen have stopped hurting. Miracle or just a person who really knows what she is doing and can genuinely help make a different in ones quality of life.I can not thank you enough Petra, to have found you and being in Altona is a true blessing. Petra is an amazing therapist. Her knowledge is inspiring and her calm and caring way always puts me at ease straight away, even if I walk through her clinic door with a stressed or anxious mind. Her treatment is always a powerful reminder of how effective Bowen therapy and mind-body medicine are. As a tall woman I carry a lot of stress in my neck and other therapies, such as massage, often feel more aggravating. Petra's technique has a way that puts my body at ease and I love leaving her space to go for a walk after our session, feeling tall, aligned, more confident and especially calm and clear. I also never thought that after a knee injury and challenges with my posture from my neck issues, running was ever going to be on the cards again. But making Petra's treatments part of my healing regime has helped so much with my performance and posture that I was able to start training again. My knee injury has recovered completely and I often feel an immediate shift in my strength and my alignment after a session. I'm so glad that I have found Petra and highly recommend making her part of your healing journey, too!

Amazing treatment! Highly recommend!!!I’ve had lower back problems for about 10 years, tried chiropractic, physiotherapy, cortisone injections etc and not worked!I had Bowen Therapy treatment from Petra and after only 3 treatments my lower back pain has gone!
