Gunnedah Mazda

Left Sydney on the way to Cape York.My 2 year old Mazda BT50 (bought in Sydney so nothing to do with them) started giving me warning lights on the dash.Pulled into gunnedah Mazda, 9am on a Saturday to see if I could use their scan tool to see what faults codes I had.The sales guys (can’t remember their names) called the mechanic to ask which laptop to use.The mechanic Blake not only took the call, but drove into work on his day off to inspect my car.He looked at it and explained it was a DPF fault which can be sorted out when I get home, nothing super important.They then all refused payment, and then even a case of beer!10/10 service couldn’t of been happier!Thank you to all involved.

Hats off to Gunnedah Mazda for their efficient and impeccable service. They made the car buying process a breeze and went above and beyond to get us our dream CX-8. Stellar aftercare services, highly recommend!

Craig is very rude and unprofessional. They won’t service my Mazda car because I brought in Tamworth when asked why they wouldn’t he was very rude. Was looking to upgrade to a bigger car, definitely won’t be buying from gunnedah mazda!!!

Gave me a price above the recommended retail! Wouldn't even discuss anything else even though I told them that it is advertised cheaper online. Essentially said unless I want to travel far away that is the price.My husband enquired originally and they ignored him because he wasn't straight. It wasn't until I went in there that we could actually get somewhere. I shouldn't have to plead with a salesmen to get acknowledged.I ended up buying from Macarthur Mazda, got a great price including transport to my house!Jamie is an arrogant little man, I feel sorry for anyone who has the displeasure of dealing with him, extremely narcissistic and in love with himself.Stay away from Gunnedah Mazda!

48 hrs before leaving Gunnedah for home in Sydney I had an error code on my Mazda 2. Despite being booked out until after Christmas the service team checked the code, cleared it and made sure the car was safe for the drive ahead. Thank you so much.
