Very frustrating and difficult to consult with as they said they would contact us back, but we ended up not quoting elsewhere as they kept saying they were about to start the job until they finally did weeks after what was planned. Job turned out pretty good and they were able to work after hours, however, we have now been waiting 6 months for them to finalise the job and fix a few things. Calling them weekly to remind them unfortunately did not help us get the job done still. Ended up having to pay someone else to fix some crooked lettering and finish a few requested changes
