Bonnyrigg Watch Centre

I needed my vintage Swiss watch serviced. Was looking for other options aside from AD (Authorized Dealer). My search led me to Bonnyrigg Watch Center which is very near my place and also have some awesome reviews. I went to the store and have a talk with Mr. Kim. I didnt bring my watch yet, I just wanted to see the place, the watches that he was working with and also talk watches with him. I was convinced that he is a certified and qualified watch maker with decades of experience. I brought my watch to him on my second visit. It took a week for it to be finished but Im not in a hurry. I understand that quality service takes time. As soon as it was finished, Mr Kim called me that I can get it anytime. When I came to get my watch, Mr Kim showed me pictures of my watch from disassembly, to cleaning, assembly and lubrication. It just shows to show the dedication and professionalism of the guy in documenting all the work that he has done to your watch.So, If you need to have your Swiss watch service without the Swiss AD price, Bonnyrigg Watch Center in your go to place.

Really quick and friendly service. I came in on 2 separate occasions (1 for a battery replacement, and 1 for a strap replacement), and both jobs were finished in under 5 mins. Really affordable prices as well. Will be coming here from now on for all my watch needs! Definitely recommend!!

Came there to do a water pressure test on my watch, only to leave with so much advice on how to care and maintain my watch collection. Kim has a wealth of knowledge on high-end Swiss watches and is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Will be coming back to his store if I have any other issues with my watches.

Kim and his staff are always polite and very helpful. Kim is very knowledgeable and can do pretty much anything from changing a battery in your Seiko to a full service on your Breitling, Omega or Rolex for a very very fair price. He just rebuilt my 40 year old Seiko Arnie & I couldn't be happier. I can recommend him 110%.

Just went there and gave him 2 watches, one had an arm getting stuck on another and both dead batteries. Less than 7 minutes and both working perfect and very affordable pricing. Top bloke and operator.

Took a watch in today with a broken seconds hand and dead battery. Was repaired within minutes and for a great price. Definitely recommend!!!
