Customer Service has been inadequate it's been standard from this salon lately.You leave with toner still in you hair?? attitude from a one of the senior female staff members is odious.

Michael is fantastic, fixing a bad haircut. In November 2021, admittedly it was when hairdressers reopened after lockdown, my normal stylist wasn't available so another stylist that worked in the salon coloured and cut my hair. I provided her with photos of my usual style and said I wanted a lighter colour as it's getting hard to hide the grey & I wanted something to blend in better. I was not happy and felt it was just a rush job as they were trying to fit in as many customers as possible and really didn't listen. Even my previous cut by my regular stylist felt rushed. The price was not cheap & due to work and travel was not able to attend another hairdresser until today.I decided to give this little salon a go and am a first time customer. Michael was very patient really listened to what I had to say and took the time to style and colour my hair. He did a fabulous job of fixing my hair to what it should have looked like originally. It was very reasonably priced and makes a nice cup of coffee & easy parking I am a very happy customer. I will be returning and telling my friends, thanks Michael.

Couldn't find a better group of hairdressers. Awesome service. 7 years and counting. Highly recommended.
