I asked for a kids chicken bite meal and requested no seasoning on the chips. I was watching the staff prepare my order and was pretty sure I saw them put seasoning on it. Then the lady was taking something off the chips, I asked her if seasoning had been put on the chips and she said No

Went yesterday for a mid-week lunch date for the first time. The burgers were great, tasty and juicy, and on the larger side, which is in line with the price. Manbeast had the Simon Says chicken burger with cheese, which he enjoyed. I had the Big Queenslander and they weren't kidding. Bun was fresh and toasty, with generous fillings. The crispy bacon was what my mother would consider crispy, but in reality it's just rigid bacon taken off too soon. Other than that it was spot on the description on the menu. The serving size for the fries is really generous - next time we will be sharing a regular as I couldn't even get past 1/3rd of the small herby fries after tackling the house - sized burger.The only confusing part was the stick with one white end and one red end in a jar on the table. Upon asking when I put the order in I was told it was something about when they come around to check if we need anything etc. Later towards the end of our meal a staff member came and asked if everything was good and did we need anything - she then turned out sick from red to white.4 stars because 'ketchup is self serve (which is fine) in containers over there' meant I would have to receive my meal to my outside table, then walk it almost back into the kitchen for a bit of dead horse. Not worth the effort for brand unknown, unrefridgerated public use tomato sauce of unknown age. Also have had other burgers locally with better meat flavour, but the bar is set quite high.

Staff member could hardly be bothered to take our order. Told me to be careful not to step in the broken glass in front of the drink fridge ( instead of cleaning it up) we picked out 3 coronas and had to ask to have them opened. I asked for lime wedges but was told “we don’t have lime or lemon wedges. ( never heard this before) just too lazy.When our order was brought to the table the waiter said “I’ll be back with your cutlery “ he came back to say a minutes wait for cutlery, which turned into ten minutes, by which time my salad was on the way to Luke warm. Does this store only have one set of cutlery?

Terrible value. I paid $16 for this!? A bun one small patty and a slice of tomato and a slice of pickle. Not even on the bun I ordered. This was an Angus, had much better burgers at Maccas for less. Wasn’t offer local matters lids. Forgot to order chips ( not asked) so had to que again. The worst grilld experience ever

I usually love Grill’d. I have had the odd burnt chips, but overall they are really good, but recently I purchased a burger online with a pickup time of 7:23pm. The burger wasn’t ready until 7:39pm. The burger was small, with a tiny bit of lettuce and a slice of tomato. I took two bites and discovered the sauce was missing. I took the burger back in store to let them know it was missing the sauce; they took the burger off me, opened it up, squirted the sauce on and handed it back. The burger was on par with a MacDonald’s burger. I completed the “Rate your Experience” that I was sent after my purchase and to their credit the manager (could have been store owner) replied apologising, stating, “I am glad they could remake your burger…” . Except, no they did not remake my burger, they slapped the sauce on and handed it back. I was told that I would be sent a voucher for my troubles (not expected), but appreciated, but that never came. A very disappointing experience.

I had Beautiful Lunch Today, kicki’n Chicken burger they called...Yummy finger licking good..definitely coming Back.

I just ate at this store 100% impressed. Very impressed with Indy, who served me and made me feel very welcome. Outstanding service, a great experience. Indy is manager material, just in case the owners of Grilled wanted to know. Thank you so much Indy for the dining experience.
