Progressively downward spiral over the last 3 years. Constant change of strata managers. Areas of poor or no real service: poor management of the sinking fund, maintenance plan, poorly handled insurance matter, constantly chasing.... changed to a new company and still waiting for our paperwork and refused to pay our insurance but financials is not with current manager. Had to pay from my own money for the building as insurance had been extended several times by Whittles due to poor management of insurance issue. Would give minus stars if I could. Stay away.

Danielle is connected with her clients and interested in your problems, which is the main reason we contact our b/c management.
