spa is only heated in summer... was looking forward to having a nice swim. also thought that we were getting a spa bath upstairs but only got a regular bath. we booked a 4 bedroom house but the one downstairs bedroom was just a theatre type thing with 2 single beds so it was really only a 3 bedroom. it was ok but bit of a catfish for the price if i’m being honest

Serenity on the Terrace
Stayed two nights in unit 1 ,very well appointed. The upstairs Aircon didn't work and there is no reception on site.Close to Mandurah mariner and walking distance to some very nice restaurants and the boardwalk.I'd recommend this place to larger family's as the units are massive with heaps of beds/sofa beds.Each unit has its own garage with roller door so your vehicle is very well protected.

Stairs are a death-trap even for able people; not a place for kids.Place is rundown, no aircon in rooms, tvs don't work, incredibly overpriced...pool is nice though. Would suggest staying elsewhere especially with kids.

Awesome place for a weekend getaway. The pool could be open pass evening time and the windows should have blackout, too bright in the morning time. Other than than, cozy, clean, spacious, new/well maintained, BBQ, easy to find, good location and great service.

It was a last minute booking as the nearby resort messed up our reservation. At short notice, the duty mabager came to check us in after hours and we were delighted that the town house turned out to be clean and spacious compared to the resort we were supposed to stay in. location wise, this is only a 5-8 minute walk to the Mandurah foreshore where Simmos ice cream and San Churos are located at. Rate was extremely reasonable as well.

Wonderful alternative to Airbnb in a private estate secured by an automatic gate. Reasonable price and clean and safe environment to spend your holiday

Traffic was annoying. People very loud walking past at 1am. Otherwise, accommodation was wonderful. Three toilets and two bathroom, one with spa. Laundry was fully stocked and included in apartment. Balcony included BBQ. Kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked. Loved it
