I recently visited Mecca Broadway as I was after a new fragrance. Admittedly, I had no idea what I was after.The lovely Harsha was super helpful and really knew her stuff and found the perfect perfume for me! People always compliment me now on my new scent. Thanks Harsha and the gorgeous team at Mecca Broadway - I will certainly be back!

Chris is such an excellent skin specialist.He rejuvenated my tired postpartum face and my mind with one of the best facials I’ve had. His knowledge on products is impressive and he was able to easily help me navigate items to include in my skin care routine while I breastfeed. Such an amazing experience I’ve already booked in my next treatment.

The staffs were so friendly and helpful! Despite being indecisive Lily helped me find the perfect match for my skin. Also she had this amazing lipstick on and she happily showed me her tricks to get that look. 100% would return to this branch just because the girls are so lovely

Had such a great experience at Mecca the other day, just want to give a thanks to the lovely girls serving me, Emma and Georgie. They were so patient and helpful, teaching me makeup techniques and finding the perfect shades for my skin tone☺️

Had the best experience with Cara who was lovely and so welcoming. Cara helped me understand everything and was so patient with me! Seriously helped me get over the overwhelmed hump and I hope she gets to see this! I’ll be back just to see her :)

Came into Mecca not knowing about fragrances (and I mean nothing). Left Mecca amazed by the customer service delivered by Harsha. I was very annoying in asking for suggestions and samples and she ridiculously kind and helpful. I will be buying my cologne from Mecca from now on thanks to Harsha! She’s incredible

I was looking for a new concealer this afternoon and asked for some help to find my shade. The wonderful Mia Bella helped me and went above and beyond with her service. I was struggling to match my correct undertone and Mia Bella was so knowledgeable and helpful that she found a perfect match for me when I didn’t think it was possible!!
