Got a quote of $530.00 for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment for my motorhome. When the job was done they tried to charge me $710.00. When I queried it they still charged me $570.00 which was $40.00 more than the quote. Service was good but be careful they don't honour their quotes. How many people get trapped by this. Not happy.

I contacted the shop to get a price and the staff member (Brad) was very accommodating. He took his time in providing the information I needed, it didn't feel rushed or like he was in a hurry. Arrived and greeted by the lovely front store team member. Very reasonable pricing, no hidden costs and done in a timely manner.The store location is a walk from a lovely cafe and not too far from shops.They did a fantastic job and my car is now running very smoothly. Thanks Tyrepower Mackay.

I cannot believe how fast they fixed the flat on my trailer! I wouldn't have thought it possible except I saw it with my own eyes. I barely had time to report it to the boss and it was ready to go again! Amazing job guys... simply amazing!

The staff (especially ladies at reception) went above and beyond when I had a blow out after hitting one of Mackays infamous pot holes. Can not recommend them enough. Understanding, knowledgeable and so compassionate. Would give them 11/10. If I was a local to Mackay I would use them every time.

Got a flat on my way up to Cairns. After ringing about 20 different tyre shops in the Mackay/Rockhampton area, Tyrepower Mackay was the only one able to source my unusual tyre size (235/45/R20) overnight. They went above and beyond to get it done as quickly as possible and I was back on the road in a flash. Amazing service!

I came in at around 4pm, no appointment, nothing. By 4:50pm my car was ready. I had a bubble on my tyre so my steering wheel was shaking. Thank you for the lovely service, kudos and keep it up!
