0 stars but it’s not an option. Super disappointed in Dr . Ignored all my symptoms, didn’t listen to the full story , and then proceeded to ask me why I was there . No help, no effort , extremely disgruntled at the professionalism and care received.

Friendly staff & no long waiting periods. Dr Dhanesha is a fantastic doctor that really listens & does what is needed. She is very reliable regarding any follow up. Best Doctor I have ever been to.

Shocking service. We are on holidays from QLD and my wife developed a UTI. Phoned this place and they refused to see her. Would have thought they could have helped us out given what she had. Luckily the medical centre at Somerset is actually concerned with patient care. They saw my wife as soon as we got there. Did a quick urine test and confirmed a UTI and prescribed her some antibiotics. Problem solved. Thanks for nothing Wynyard Medical Centre. Very poor treatment. Very rude receptionist.

Great staff! Shame about the boss there always yelling at the staff telling them to do more than their fair share, expects so much from them and treats them poorly! Those lovely girls do an amazing job same with all the Doctors there, they actually care about their patients and not just the bottom line

Seriously would have to be the worst practice I have ever been too. Dr D doesn’t take your symptoms seriously, over looks blood reports to be told months later I have a serious condition and it was on the blood report but she “missed it”

My mum was a patient in 2020.She had a history of Cancer and presented to her GP at Wynard Medical with chronic pain. Unfortunately her GP would not take her concerns seriously and blamed her weight. On afternoon, she was in excruciating pain and was told to just take a panadole. After that, she moved to a new doctors where he imminently sent her for scans, and she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.Early intervention wouldn't have saved her life. But it would have given her more options for a better quality of life.

I come here for my kids!The Staff here are always helpful with getting my kids in and same with the Doctors I just can’t fault them!Thank you everyone that helps make up the Wynyard Medical Centre Team, it’s great to hear the laughs among the staff, such a friendly bunch! Highly recommended going hereBut a word of advice yelling at staff at any given time isn’t professional! Especially when patients can hear this so just something to keep in mind!

Amazing service, after issues at my old centre and trying to chase medical records from them for months; a lovely lady named Sam in the office offered to help, she made a phone call and got them that day for me! Very helpful staff a breath of fresh air after my last medical centre! You all do a great job cheers!

Some really helpful staff, especially a lady called Leah who has been there for a while. And Dr Danisha.I've been coming here for 6 years and they are quick to act if I, or a member of my family is crook (especially at making sure the kids are a priority).If you aren't a patient there already, it's prob going to be difficult to get an appt. Demand is v high.Very important (often thankless) service they provide to the local community. Thanks.
