I've been seeing Jessica for 5 years. I now travel an hour weekly to not only get great therapy but also excellent one on one advice and feedback.Jessica is unique. Has an extensive knowledge about the healing art and and has a lovable and humble nature.Feels good knowing that at the end of a hectic week, I can go there unwind and rejuvenate.Jessica has helped me with a number of varying ailments and physical pain including back spasms, forearm sprain. Deep sinus congestion and headaches. Osteo arthritis in my knee. Sciatica in back of legs. Regenerated / Stimulated damaged nerves after foot injury made it numb.I would highly recommend making an appointment weather it be remedial, dry needling or cupping. Be a great experience.

I visited Jessica for the first time for a remedial massage and was very surprised at how dedicated she is at providing her clients the best service she can. She asked me my areas of concern and suggested dry needling. It was my first time but I was mindblown how quickly it provided me relief. Jessica is very knowledgeable with her work and that was so reassuring to me. I would recommend her to everyone I know now and will be certainly coming back for more treatments.

I first visited Jessica 4 weeks ago. I have previously been to jessica for cupping. she has suggested dry needling a few times but i have always been to scared. i tried it for the first time today and it made me feel a lot better. jessica spoke through the experience the whole time with me and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 recommend dry needling. my back feels better already after 1 session

Jessica has been amazing. I started off on two walking sticks hobbling through the door one day. She made time to see and help me when others did not have time or appointments available.She is caring and straightforward. Working with your body as a whole, not just fixing certain areas. She is full of knowledge and skill. Working together with advice, excercises and diet tips over the weeks to relieve and strengthen the affected areas.At times the massage/dry needling can be a little painful or uncomfortable but the old saying of No Pain- No Gain" is true.
