Had no problems with Brett and his team. One glass shelf broken which they advised about and replaced within 2 days.Would gladly use them again if the need arises

Hopefully you have come to read the reviews before hiring this guy. If it was possible to give zero stars i would be. We recently moved from QLD to NSW, had paid for 3 men and 2 trucks, upon arrival it was a tiny rental truck and just Brett himself. He's a very lazy man with a horrible attitude and no respect for women, we also had 4-5 of our own friends doing his job for him while he stood around smoking and complaining about how heavy things were. Because of the tiny rental truck we had to leave half our stuff back in QLD and trust him" that he would return to get the rest and bring it down for us. He has no time management skills

I had a horrible experience with my removal, the original agreed date got pushed back a day on the day of. Turned up the following day late in the afternoon with 2 smalls trucks with knowledge that we were moving a 4 bedroom house so not everything made the trip. When unloading our furniture my wife and I were shocked at the amount of damage there was including our TV that was stacked in the centre of the truck smashed by the weight of fallen boxes. Still waiting for these items to be replaced. Never again.

Our move was coordinated well. Communication was great we had to do 2 trips and Brett rang us half hour prior to each pickup and drop-off. Every thing was explained to me upfront and was generally pleasant to deal with. Never had any negative issues

Worst company I booked 2 months in advance and was the first booking in the month I needed, I told him it was a big house move so on the day he sends a small truck and two young kids who could not pick anything up. Their trolley was broken so we lent them ours just to do a first load of boxed, they never tied anything down so when they opened the truck boxes fell out and the trolley fell out and chipped our render on our new house. Then after they unloaded they disappeared for hours. We had to madly hunt around for another removalist as we needed to get out of the rental we had. I would never recommend or use them again.
