I would personally like to thank Sharon, Laura, Damien, and the rest of the Macquarie valley funerals staff for a professional, but gentle approach to which they carried out my beautiful Dad - Raymund’s funeral in Dunedoo on 13/3/2023. They were extremely genuine and caring throughout the week leading up to the funeral with nothing to be too much for them. They went above and beyond to give my Dad his last wishes a reality. They gave us all the time we needed at the viewing without rushing anything. The were empathetic to us, and will definitely be our “go to first” for any further family funerals. After ordering a ledger for my Father's grave, there was a misunderstanding in what I wanted, not a problem the new ledger was replaced with exactly what I wanted. This truly astounded me as I thought it would be very difficult to replace the newly laid ledger with a longer ledger to fit the grave.Amazing company to deal with you can feel confident in having any agreements reached in conversations honoured.

We live a distance away and when our much loved Aunt passed away suddenly, they were there supporting us every step of the way, with great love, care, and understanding. They made the entire process so easy for us, and the funeral service was perfect... exactly what Aunty Pat would have wanted. MVF listened to us and what we wanted, they were very professional at all times, great communication, and very affordable.
