Have been a customer for the past two years. Recently my debit card got stolen so my bill payment was delayed. They charged me $25 dollars as a fine" for the delay which I payed without complain. The problem is they've been charging these extra $25 for the past two months even though my account is on direct debt. Have decided to cancel their services and move to a different company. A shame."

Easy to get started with a new package and all of the hardware arrived quickly and was extremely easy to set up. So far, customer support has been excellent and the speed has been as advertised for the majority of the time. Cannot fault Tangerine so far, they have been excellent.

Absolutely disappointed on the service, signed up for their nbn broadband service 3 weeks ago and included an order for a nbn connection box, indicated it would take 3 to 5 business days.....Three weeks later I am still waiting for the connection box and the installation service, contacted the customer service team every week to check the status of it and I got told that will receive the follow up in the next 24 to 48hrs, turned out there's no follow-up call or reply in regards to my order

Absolutely disgusting!! The worst tech support I’ve ever experienced in my life. And that says a lot because I used to live in Mexico for years!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this Inter provider. You will be going on for days without internet or slow connection. I had (3mbps) when I was paying for 50!

Seamless experience - really easy to set it up online, I received the NBN box quickly and when I had trouble reformatting my existing router, I received excellent assistance via online chat and I had my internet set up in no time.Have not experienced any delays or hiccups or any of the issues I've had with other internet providers.

Soul destroying experience! Modem came and I eventually booked a time for connection! Tech was not interested and rude, couldn’t get it going and couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Next appointment nobody rang! Next appointment the modem was deemed faulty and put back to sales to get modem replacement. Then they put me back to tech because he had to prove the modem was faulty - Back to sales after 2 Hours on the phone “ We don’t replace or refund Modems” I quoted Australian consumer law and 3 weeks later I’ve had no call no new modem and no refund. 1 star is way too much!

Been with them for bout 4 weeks. There was no great rush to connect me after paying my first month. The internet itself has been lack luster and honestly not worth the money. Now most recently I have contacted tech support in regards to not being able to connect to which they told me they can see I am connected on their end yet finding that the overhead line running to my house was completely broken kinda left me wondering how they can see me as being connected. After telling him I have found the issue and what it is, he was still telling me to check my modem and told me I may get a call in a couple days from NBN. This mob so far has been slow on every front.

Signed up for the promo prices, bringing my own hardware. No connection fee. They had swapped me over before I knew it and auto cancelled my old provider, it was completely painless. Speed is as advertised. Service is great. Adelaide location.

I am having a terrible time with this internet service. The internet is so slow, nothing will load, the tv cannot connect, it says full signal and is connecting but I cannot do anything. I can’t get in contact with tangerine, I have left multiple messages. Chat to Peely regularly asking to speak to a real human but no one is available and I have been unsuccessful getting in contact with customer service via phone call, waiting on hold for 30mins plus and still no one available!

Admittedly I was always happy with my previous providers broadband service for the past 10 years, but unfortunately they just weren't price-competitive in the current market for the speed we now require. After reading numerous great reviews and awards about Tangerine a couple weeks back, we're now on double the speed as our previous provider, but for the same price. We're in a new area so great NBN infrastructure was already in place and operating without issue. Even then, I was extremely impressed to be connected within approx. 5 hours of signing up with Tangerine! A call to their customer service on how to configure our current modem (requiring a NBN box plug location change first) and we were connected within 10 minutes, thanks to the customer service agent's very clear instructions and patience in all steps required. Since then we haven't experienced a single drop-out or other issue, and the faster download and especially the faster upload speeds are perfect for our needs. Thanks Tangerine for offering very competitive deals and for us, surprisingly rapid initial service. We'll absolutely be recommending Tangerine to others
