I being supporting this Pharmacy for years. I get money script’s average between $200-$300 per month. They said it would take a hour for the script they expect you to drive back later to get it ,and I asked today nicely I need 2 items urgently and will pick up the rest later in the week.I ask can you please push it through as it’s med was for blood pressure meds and it’s blood pressure meds had run out on the weekend the reading was 170/120 had to leave for work in 20 minTHEY DID NOT CARE SORRY WE ARE BUSSY NO CANT DO AND YOUNG LADY HAD A ATTITUDEYes I probably behaved like Karren as was concerned and panicked on the end I ask for all my scripts that they had on file. I believe is if they are that busy not to care i will go some where els that do care

I ve been using this chemist for the past 7 years as it is local.As the years have past they have become slower and rude. I was told it would be up to a 40 min wait on scripts. The young lady at the front is rude and has no compassion. She has treated me with disrespect every time I go in there and have just put it to her hating her job. Whilst waiting for my script, they treated this elderly lady with the same disrespect and with no compassion. Clearly the older lady was confused and didn’t understand what the girl was saying. Unacceptable behaviour from staff and chemist.Should be ashamed of yourself. If you hate your job so much quit, and shut up shop

Totally dissatisfied with service.Aged chemist seemed out of his depth.Ended up walking out, without getting my script filled.

Everyone at this chemist especially Emma is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always give the best customer service

This chemist was great when Sam and Adam owned it..it’s now a Terry White chemist they didn’t have the particular prescription I always have and charged me $13 extra!!! even though I was on the free list.(aged pensioner)Very disappointed.

Lady told me 15 min wait. I waited 45 minutes. People that ordered 15 minutes after me were getting their script before me. When I got inpatient and asked the lady she grabbed the box from the pile that had been behind her for the last 15 minutes. Mind you I was sitting right in front of her waiting so she knew I was there. Very disappointed and annoyed as they saw how long I was waiting for a script that was already ready.

Number one pharmacy outlet in the region. Knowledgeable staff and expert advice from Adam and Sam who go out off their way to help their customers.Unlike other major chemist outlets, you don't wait half an hour for an assistant to check if your script has been filled.My choice every time.

Recently changed ownership and has been dreadful ever since. Some of the old staff still there and still awesome but the new pharmacists are most unhelpful and extremely rude. Lost the personalised service it had when Adam and Sam ran it. Heartbreaking.

Love the helpful staff and with the transition from the previous owner's, the staff have remained friendly helpful and familiar to existing customers who are long term customers.

We have been loyal customers for over 12 years and yesterday Sam told us not to come back after We dared questioned the discrepancy of scripts. Didn't appreciate being lied to.So shocked and appalled that this is how you are treated after years of loyal customer service.I am personally deeply hurt and saddened as all the ladies were lovely. Never been banned from a store ever! And I have a disability!
