Nearly Five years ago I used Hello Fresh for a short time.But having to relocate address I cancelled my order .A few years have gone by and I decide to re join.Giving them my name my current address my current choice of payment. SADLY having used them nearly five years ago I was expecting the same standards. How things have changed. my first delivery arrived after two weeks to my old oriental address not to my current address which I'd given.While awaiting the order received a message stating don't worry if some items have past expiry date just eat them as quick as you can in the weekand that's Hello we are not Fresh or efficient ever tried to ring someone in Australia Not snow flakes chance in H....l.Yes its Philippines and wow can you expect a resolve no that

To all consumers! This company is hopeless! We pick up a lot of wrong ingredients from the pack. I believe that whoever pack this, they are sabotaging it. It's completely a waste of my time and even the vegetables are not fresh anymore! I will report this to the Department of food and industry Australia. I called their office and spoke to the lady on the phone, she couldn't understand basic English. It's a frustration!!!I don't recommend this company at all!!!!! They didn't even rate for one star!!!!

Opened our hellofresh box this morning and alas a free product. A tube of cocobella yoghurt. Yum! But is it meant to be running through the whole cooler bag? At first look, we thought the free yoghurt exploded inside, but the packet was not punched or open. Strange? Seems like there was a secondary yoghurt pack that was taken out when the packer realised that it had busted open! Poor form! I usually check every item, but I didn't get time to this morning since I had to clean everything up.When will I finally learn and go with a different supplier.Hello, hello fresh. Are you there? Is something being done about all your negative reviews? Quality and quantity are going downhill.

Entry for heavy vehicles are from gate on the dead end and exit from the other gate(one way traffic). Just careful inside the warehouse as lots of chep pallets near to docks. Staff is good but u need to choke wheels and hand over keys while loading and unloading.

If I could give no stars I would. A friend recommended this and emailed me a voucher for a free box. I was then emailed a day before the delivery saying my address was incomplete so be box couldn’t be delivered. I emailed 10 minutes later and rectified my address via email and through the account. Delivery didn’t arrive, next few days I was charged $139 for a box. I emailed and stated the situation....they went from not even recognising the issue to now saying (in a very illiterate email) that I apparently have been claiming multiple free boxes...what?! Massively disgusted. I’ll be telling everyone.

Wow . Pretty impressed with hello fresh so far . We are on our 6th week in and still loving all the meals we have had . Who ever makes them up knows what they are doing . They taste great and every thing seems to work with in the meal . Easy to prepare . We originally got it as our 6 year old loved master chef . I thought we could cook the meals together and she loves doing them now and I have learned so much also . Meals work out about $11 per person . The servings are decent . We have made a few of the recipes over as we now have the actual recipe card to make them when we want . Some highlights were the Truffle mayo burger , chorizo risotto ( tonight's dish was awesome ) , Japanese beef bowl , any thing with mash potatoes ( daughters fav ) , the ready made lasagna , creamy mushroom chicken . We got our first reward . The brownie recipe. It lasted about 30 mins before it was al gone . Really good . So far I cannot fault them except when they had a covid crisis at their factory and meals could not be ordered properly but what could they do . They still brought us some thing . Originally I thought we would do this for a few weeks and move on . We are hooked and look forward to our next meals . My only gripe now that i come to think of it is that you cannot order the same meal again the next week as they always rotate the menu . On the other hand it keeps it interesting . I have had meals that my family would probably never have ordered and loved all of them . With the discount on offer for your first four meals . Give it a go .

A disaster, and I am not even a customer. Someone entered the wrong address, and they have their shipment coming to me. Countless calls to advise them hasn't solved the problem. AND, they refuse to pick the boxes up, expecting me to use all my rubbish bin space up on their error. And the poor people who paid good money for food being rubbished. Their call centre is beyond useless.

The food is tasty and decent quality, but if you're vegetation then don't even both. Even on a vegetarian plan, only 3/4 out of 25 meal options are vegetarian and they're recycled way too frequently. Not worth my money sadly.

Unfortunately, I have cancelled all deliveries from HelloFresh. Food and recipes have been great but the delivery service is not. After several phone calls to them in recent weeks and reassurances from them the problem continued with today's delivery. My food box is supposed to be left at my front door but instead was put on the ground (in the rain) at the start of my long driveway. The van drove up to my house and then just reversed back down the driveway and dumped the box outside my gate. I have two dogs who don't even bark and certainly would not approach the delivery driver. They have never been a problem with other deliveries to my house. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable service from HelloFresh.

I received order within the time slot as specified. However, after accepting delivery of the order I noticed the following:The Strawberries were squished and bruised upon opening the package.All but 1 Blueberry was no longer contained in the packaging. The remainder of the blueberries were located at the bottom of the box with the majority of the berries squished and inedible.All 3 Granny Smith apples have significant bruising.1 of the Pears has significant bruising, the bruising makes the Pear inedible.1 of the Mandarins had a large tear on the side of the Mandarin. The inside of the Mandarin appears to be bruised and exposed.An email has been sent in an attempt to resolve this matter.Update: A $12.50 credit was applied to HelloFresh account to rectify the issue.
