Went to buy a house advertised from owner using Brad Todd real estate. I Offered the asking price but instead of accepting the offer he thought he would wait it out until other people were interested.. If someone has a price and you’re willing to pay you do not wait for other party’s to be interested. All so you can start a bidding war to profit your own pocket. Not to mention it does take its toll on driving the prices up in the area. Being a small town community you would think he was for the people rather then profit. Good riddance my partner and I found a beautiful home in the Macedon ranges shire instead of living in the same town as this parasite!

In our dealings with Todd property we have always received nothing short of friendly and professional treatment from our property manager, Kristy Webster. I am more than happy to go to Todd property with our realestate dealings in the future. Kristy is consistently punctual and responsive to any issues we bring to her attention.

My wife and I purchased though Todd Property and subsequently, now are using Todd Property to manage our rental. On all occasions our interactions have been very positive leading to great results. Kristy is not afraid to go above and beyond to make things happen. I would not recommend Brad at all. Very shifty and very unprofessional. We offered the asking price. Offer got accepted paid holding deposit and the contract had started while he was on holiday. All of a sudden as soon as he gets back the vendors pull out not even a valid reason. And he had set up an open house. He clearly was trying to get a higher offer to sell, don’t put a price and accept it, then mess people around like this. He did not want to have any interest in talking about any other options we should go about it. Was giving all reasons to push us away. Some advice here, if you run a business make-sure you know how to deal with your clients in a professional nice way. We should’ve known he was shifty from reading previous reviews.

Kristy is the most fantastic agent. We have bought through her and she is our agent for 2 rentals. Let and forget - Kristy does everything. We could not be happier. Brilliant communication, amazing knowledge and so so efficient. Could not rate her... she is off the scales

I purchased a property from Todd property and found Brad and Kristy to both be very professional and particularly helpful.I required extra valuations and rental appraisals to help get finance through, to which they gladly supplied, Going above and beyond to help me through bank frustrations.I then leased this property through Todd Property, with Kristy as manager. She was spot on with rental appraisals, and secured great tennants.I have found that Kristy has Great knowledge of the local market and has provided me with very helpful advice along the way. Where to begin.I first met Brad about 6 year ago when me and my partner (now Wife) were looking to buy in the Heathcote area. At the time although Brad showed us multiple nice houses he didn't really have what we were after. Brad was always upfront, friendly, answered all our questions when we had one and most importantly didn't put pressure on us to put in an offer.Fast forward we had purchased and have been living in Heathcote for 5 years. However we decided it was time to start a new chapter freshly married and ready to start a new journey we approached Brad to sell both of our properties. As remembered he was friendly, approachable and easy to get along with.We had no problems selling our land and house and although we had a difficult buyer on both properties who was trying to go behind his back and purchase on a handshake, he remained professional. He had not only our interest at heart but also the purchaser's who ultimately took over both properties.We are very happy with Brad's service and would easily consult him again if we are to purchase in the future.Another key point I would like to add, both my wife and I have bought and sold houses in other areas of Victoria and this by far was the easiest transition to date.
