I highly recommend Brow Theory. The lady I keep returning to at Brow Theory knows her craft of threading and shaping eyebrows. I feel she listens to what I want each visit and does a great job improving the shape of my eyebrows. I am totally happy with the result and keep returning.

They butchered my eyebrows. I said I don't like thin and I wanted it to look natural. What I got was thin and asymmetrical. What is just as bad is when as a customer, they make you feel like your judgement is not right.When my request for one part to be fixed to get it more alike, she said, ok but it is your responsibility."The Indian salon

Called in on the off chance of having a Brow and Eyelash tint, and couldn't have asked for better service. This was one of the best Tints I have ever had, the young lady was efficient and gentle and the end result was beautiful. No stinging, just a lovely experience. Everybody was friendly and professional, a very well managed Salon. Congratulations to all.

I was a new client to Brow Theory and a local to the area. I was fortunate enough to only have treatment twice there; on my last visit my eyebrows were butchered & uneven despite communicating my needs to therapist. The staff there lack the ability to listen to understand, therefore are unable to perform their tasks effectively. Manager of store evidently lacks people & leadership skills as she was more consumed with her interior design skills rather than problem solving abilities, furthermore I was still charged for what was less than acceptable beauty service! AT YOUR OWN RISK!
