From the time I walked in the front door at Wollongong Office, I was greeted with understanding and feeling from start. It was a very hard process when you are so heartbroken of the loss of a loved one. The staff were loving and comforting for myself and my daughter and took there time explaining the whole process of my mother’s funeral service.Although the day of the service was very emotional the staff were very respectful of my Mother and the whole service was Beautifully arranged by Parsons.Would highly recommend.Thank you so muchLynn Bice.

From the outset the initial call with Vicki, then compassionate discussion with Hayden and on the day Nicole and the entire team. Interestingly the comments about the chapel and how warm and inviting it is, were made by those in attendance. The catering team, food and service was outstanding by Appletree, and Dee at Dream Designs delivered a memorial card that is very special, and she did it without hesitation and it seamlessly appeared on the day.The web streaming allowed for those who could not attend the opportunity to feel that they were there, and the backdrop and technical delivery made it even more special for those viewing afar.
