Stacey is lovely to deal with, professional but friendly. They did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves. Took down and took away the horrible old vertical blinds. These shutters are very good quality and look perfect. Im very impressed with Shuttersmith.

We had an issue with our ziplock blind on our patio and we arranged for Craig to attend to the problem and we must say it was a delightful experience, they were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We shopped around for our outdoor shutters and found it difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone come and provide a quote in a timely manner.After eventually receiving 3 quotes we found Shuttersmith the most responsive and reasonable in price - with others being up to 40% more expensive.Craig at Shuttersmith was very professional and helped us decide what would work best for our outdoor BQQ area - which wasn't a straightforward job.The installation of our quality shutters and blinds went smoothly and the workers were very considerate of our home and environment.We are extremely happy with Shuttersmith and highly recommend them. After a recommendation from a friend, We had Craig install our whole house with Shutters and Blinds. Craig and Stacey are professional and good at communicating.
