I Can’t recommend Zoe highly enough. She is a lovely person and easy to get a long with. She is also fantastic at her job, I always get dry needling, cupping and a deep tissue massage and I always walk away feeling great, definitely worth a visit

I have seen a few therapists over the last couple of years and Zoe is by far one of the best.They are able to pinpoint and treat the areas that cause me pain and headaches. As someone with ADHD and a parent to a toddler I often spend most of my time on my feet and probably leave it a little too long between appointments. Even so Zoe is able to treat my problem areas (normally tight legs, back, upper neck and traps) within my appointment time.Zoe is also incredibly personable and even on my most anxious days I still feel like I am able to go to my appointments because she makes you feel so comfortable.Zoe is also a registered provider which means I am able to claim through my heath insurance using my invoice after my appointment.I am always guaranteed a professional, kind, and knowledgeable treatment that leaves me feeling much looser and headache free when I leave. They treatment they provide drastically improves my quality of life and I am so grateful for such a great allied health professional !

I have Myofascial pain syndrome. It is full body, widespread, chronic pain. I developed it over a period of time following an injury in 2005. In the last 17 years I have seen everyone under the sun for regular treatments - dozens and dozens of different Physio’s, chiros, myotherapists, remedial therapists, occupational therapists, osteopaths.. the list goes on. I have been to pain clinics (which is where I was provided the diagnosis), and I will have to manage this condition for the rest of my life. I started seeing Zoe around 2 years ago after moving to Geelong. I know my body well, and I know what works and what doesn’t. It is difficult for me to find a practitioner that meets my complex needs. I have had treatment from other people in Geelong and until seeing Zoe, nobody fit the bill. I see Zoe regularly (varying between weekly and fort nightly, depending on pain levels). She knows her stuff. She is gifted at what she does. She listens, understands, and treats exceptionally. She’s also helped me with injuries and other temporary issues. For me, it’s a combination of massage, dry needling, and cupping. Her treatment significantly improves my quality of life. I honestly would struggle to get by without her - and I don’t mean treatment in general, but her treatment specifically. She’s very reasonably priced too - exceptional value for the quality of her treatment and what it does for me. If you need treatment for muscle pain or tightness or headaches etc - trust me - go see Zoe.

As someone who experiences chronic back pain, I am very particular and fussy in who I see. I really struggled when I moved from Melbourne to Geelong in finding anyone of the caliber of the experts I was seeing there, that is, until I found Zoe. I know each time that I see Zoe that she will get to the root of the problem and I will come out of the appointment feeling so much relief in my body. Unlike some physical therapists who might be hands on for 15-20 minutes, she spends the whole time treating you (for me that is usually massage and dry needling or sometimes cupping) in her intuitive and expert manner. She has strong hands and I feel as though her treatments are the perfect balance of getting in there and fixing the problem but also quite relaxing too. I highly recommend Zoe and am so grateful to have found her!
