Phoned earlier this week to see if I could book in for false eyelash application. Spoke directly to a team member from MAC. I was told to come ‘in before 10am’, as her first makeup application was at 10. Got there at 9:30am as they opened. The girl I spoke to said ‘I don’t know who told you that’ as they ‘couldn’t do it’. So now I am left with no option to have my lashes done for the wedding I’m attending today - extremely disappointing. Would have never rocked up if I had been told that I couldn’t get them done.. the time I’ve wasted driving back and forth I could have done it myself at home, but now don’t have that option as I am out of time.
