Caravan World

We have just purchased a caravan and have to say that the service from caravan world is nothing less than outstanding from the first phone call to towing our van out the gate and following through with after sales service, thank you Steph for all your help and support and thanks for the cracker deal with the van, my wife and I could not be happier, thanks mate and thanks to the rest of the team for your help.We would most definitely recommend caravan world if you are in the market for a van.Thanks again and have a great Christmas guys. Bought our caravan from Caravan World yesterday after seeing other vans on our shortlist. It's a big decision to make and Luke and Jake were able to help us not lose the van we liked while we looked at a couple ofcother options. Turned out the van they had was the one we liked the most so happy days!

Loving my secondhand crusader xl I bought in September. Was exactly what I wanted. Just done it’s first long trip and was perfect especially for free camping. The whole crew were fabulous. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Just picked up our new Option RV 18ft van. It’s beautiful! Quality seems good and others we have met on the road previously have loved their van & the after service. Salesman Luke was great & took a lot of time to answer questions. Very knowledgeable. Matt the handover guy was very knowledgeable with lots of good tips. The only area that could be improved is the communication with the office staff who’s updates were not helpful given that we had been patient for almost 18mths waiting for our van to be built out of Melbourne. Updates were vague and it would have been helpful to know how many cans were in front of us that still required building especially after so many time points had been missed That would have given us. Sense of. Least things were still moving forward.

I purchased a caravan from caravan world and dealt with a salesperson called Steph and he is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with and the whole company is a joke they lie and tell you your van would be ready in 6 months and we waited 12 months and still did not get the van we ordered as we had to settle for another van we did not want because they would not give us our $20,000 deposit back they are lies and cheats at caravan world I will.never deal with them again and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and by the way Steph should not be working for caravan world he is a liar and talks people into things even though he knows the things he talks you into are untrue

Dreadful customer service, only interested in taking your money upfront with no attempt to actually deliver. Cancelled order after huge delays and never got deposit back. Wouldn't even by a tent peg from them. Two friends of mine went to other dealer in NSW rather than use them....

Bought our first caravan here and they have a world of knowledge as it was our first time buying a caravan . Any issues were quickly solved absolutely fantastic. I would give them a 10/10

Purchased a new van in December 2021. As per sales contract needed parts to be repaired. Took van out weekend after collection to find the toilet cannister hadn't been emptied, and grey water system backed up for the shower flooding the floor. Had to take it back to be fixed" . 9 months on

Although we have a lower tow load compared to larger vehicles, we know there are options and we advised straight up what our tow load was, did not appreciate the response that we should go to a car dealership instead of looking at caravan options.
