Went in for SNS removal and bit the bullet as it was pretty busy… surely this would indicate decent service - wrong.In the 40 min I was there, the first lady was lovely and removed my SNS with such care.Things went south when an arrogant lady took over and chopped my healthy nails down, unevenly and to different lengths - removing most of the white. I politely made a comment once I noticed she had butchered about 4 nails and she gave me some spiel that my nails needed to be cut for their health - she was was super defensive and not listening at all. She was so careless and rough, made my cuticles bleed and took no accountability when I explained to the receptionist that I was disappointed when paying.The lady had no remorse and said she wasn’t finished and needed to file / fix them - there was no nail left… and there was no way I was letting her near me again. I hated the entire confrontation and it took a lot for me to mention my dissatisfaction. I felt gaslit and just wanted to get out.

My younger sister went in today to have her nails done for graduation. My mother told the lady that they only had an hour and i half and the lady told her that was fine. 2 hours go by and she only had half a set done and had to leave to get her hair and makeup the lady still charged her for a full set after not completing the nail! Had lady’s switching between customers because they over book themselves! Very unprofessional and very rude! When I called to speak to a manger on behalf of my mum and sister she was trying to make excuses! Not acceptable do better!

Zee was so friendly and professional. She did such a beautiful job of my French polish and even added a modern twist which I loved.

I have come here for the first time and TOUA did my pedicure. Hands down to the best pedicure I have ever had! So thorough, so gentle! I am not someone who get satisfied easily but she is the best one I have experienced so far. So good and only charge s 35..

In all my 20 years of getting my nails done this is actually the worst job I have ever had done . The shellac was painted not only on my nails but on my skin and set u der the light . The nails were all different sizes and shapes. Sorry but pls train your staff properly or charge apprentice prices .

So so bad! Gel polish removal was done entirely with a drill, leaving my nails paperthin and breaking for months. Please do not go here, they should be shut down. Impossible to communicate with and showed absolutely no professionalism in any of their methods. very very poor paint job too.

Worse nail place everAsk for pink nails some how walked out with redNot even what l ask for in shape and then l look at the length of my nails and there all didn't length please don't go here worst $70 l have ever spent.
