Formula Honda - Glen Osmond

Very smooth process , good customer service always great experience with honda, thanks Alex and Mike

I had mine honda CRV service done at glen osmand last week, paid $600 which included aircon fan filter change since then my aircon fan was noisy when i bought my car back today they charged $88 more as the service man did not take the old filter off and it was stuck in fan which was making it noisy, how come its my issue, did not make any sense, such a poor service. Will never go there.

I had good service (I thought) for the first couple of years but then it seemed to drop off. Last year my windscreen broke interstate and it was noted when I took it in, from a quick glance the cameras were not facing the right way. Once the windscreen was replaced, one function that never worked and was never picked up during servicing, the windscreen intermittent function, now worked and the windscreen wipers now turn on and off automatically as well. How could they have missed this - for 6 years!!

Highly professional staff from services department, haven’t had a chance to deal with there sales people from this branch tho.

My car broke down this morning at the petrol station. I called Formula Honda as I purchased the car there and always have my services done there. They were amazing. Alastair from the service department came to my rescue within 10 minutes, jump started my car and I followed him back to the service area where they promptly replaced my battery at a low cost with no fee for the callout. Thank you so much team, you have no idea how much I appreciate you helping me out. Keep up the great work Formula Honda!!!

Today (31.10.2021 @ 4 pm approx), went to the Glen Osmond store. I thought Mr Alex was still there. Me Anthony (neither welcoming not friendly) sales person approached. He doesn't seems happy seeing us there or uninterested to do business or just thought I can not afford to buy a car. Not helpful at all, his response to my enquiry was a closed answer and didn't even take initiative to know what my preference is. I approach the front desk if there is another sales person but unfortunately no. I promise Mr Alex I will come back to buy new car so I was there. But Anthony was seriously in need of a good customer service training. Disgusting attitude.

Sales person was very rude. His attitude was like Yes I am going to keep sitting in my office while you people talking to me from standing out of my office, or you can just get out, no car for you.

No free loan car as used to be before covid. Did not vacuum inside the car. Found my brake extension pedal have been loosen by the staff. Very bad and careless.

Went to test drive civic type r, was confirmed on the phone before , when I reached Jeremy who was in charge advised unless I pay a deposit , I can’t test drive as I would waste their time , spoke to the manager , he advised people are buying the car without test rides and I should be aware there is 2 and half year waiting , felt more like they are scaring people away rather than good customer serviceDisappointing as buying a car should be fun

The quality of service, especially from Service Advisor Mr Paulo de Paula has been impeccable, efficient and friendly at all times; he is an asset to Formula Honda-Glen Osmond thank you William Mitchell
