Dealing with these guys trying to get a proper quote and not change it 3 times was a pain, got too love their service, not.Its funny how their texts and voicemails disappear, these days easy to retrieve from the phone. 1 star because it cant go zero stars

I had new carpet installed by another vendor but had issues with the underlay smell, I contacted several places but carpet house were the only ones who provided great advice and even let me come in and checkout some offcuts of underlays to find a suitable replacement. Exceptional customer service!
