Joe is extremely well organized and was the only builder willing to work with us to achieve our results. Joe's workmanship is outstanding. He was always on the front foot contacting us and updating us on the progress which gave us piece of mind. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Joe renovated my bathroom in early March this year (2023) and he was an absolute lifesaver. He basically saved my entire bathroom and toilet which was a wreckage left by the previous builders.I would definitely engage his services if I ever had to do a bathroom renovation. He walks the talk and he delivers the goods right on schedule.On the company website, they state that they aspire to provide clients with a stress-free renovation". I can attest to that; my bathroom renovation was indeed stress free and it was great being able to see the daily progress. Highly recommended.The previous builders who were recommended by my body corporate (who assured me they were very reliable) to renovate my bathroom due to water leakage were absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. They made an absolute mess of my home resulting in living conditions that were downright disgusting.My bathroom was1. left in a demolished state for 5 weeks and almost no work was done on it.2. the tradies and project manager were not contactable.3. The previous plumbers messed up the piping works which resulted in Joe and his team having to remove and redo the piping works4. The previous plumbers also did unnecessary work and damaged the ceiling of the apartment unit below me which resulted in extra out of pocket costs to repair and repaint itWhen Joe agreed to take on the job and complete it for me

From the very first contact, Joe was helpful, kind and informative. Once appointed to remove my bath and replace it with a shower recess, Joe took complete control of the project. He negotiated with the OC and Building Manager and kept me informed daily of the progress with photos of work done. Finished product was excellent and the cleanup was thorough.
