A1 Bakery Fitzroy
I recently visited A1 Bakery Fitzroy and I must say, I was blown away by the delicious food and great experience. The bakery has a wide range of options to choose from, and everything we tried was simply amazing especially the cheese pie. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend A1 Bakery to anyone looking for a great meal or snack. You won't be disappointed!

Fitzroy has had some great additions lately, and A1 bakery is no exception. They guys and girls here have been busy since their soft opening, which is great to see.I've been three or four times now, and the food is great value. Falafel is good, the halloumi pie is tasty. It was very busy when I went yesterday, I had the basic falafel plate, which was $11. I've always thought about tying the pizzas, but I've not taken the plunge yet.Absolutely no complaints, crispy falafel, fresh salad, house made flatbread. It's was all really nice. I've had the pies a few times. They seem really popular, and I love how everything is popped in the oven, so it's piping hot. People have recommended the wrap to me, with added chilli. So maybe I'll get that next time?Desserts and sweets also sound amazing. The rice pudding, etc. All stocked in the frigdes read to takeaway too. I'd already filled up on my sugar intake, unfortunately.Admittedly, I'm not well versed in this type of food, and it's always interesting for me. I find a lot of Lebanese food to be textural and tactile, as well as flavosome and fresh. I've been a couple of bakeries, and I've enjoyed them all. I think A1 had the best selection in the area, though. Their menu is quite diverse, and there's plenty to choose from. The cafe/bakery has a few seats. It's an open and busy place, tucked away where Johnson meets Brunswick Street. As I mentioned earlier, I find everything to be pretty good value here. Keep up the great work.
