Very nice people and happy to help. I had several issues with the oil parts and change in my engine (Audi S3) and the staff were very helpful and informed. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had to have a globe replaced and they did it in a matter of minutes and free of charge. Excellent and friendly service - highly recommended.

Took my BMW there today, it had a radiator issue. Dropped it off at 9am, had it back at 2pm. Nathaniel was awesome. I recommend them big time.

Extremely disappointed of service, I serviced my car from MY CAR.And on the next service with LUBE had to break my oil cap as they were unable to open it because MY CAR people has not lubricated the oil cap.And MY CAR refused to pay me back saying that LUBE should have open it without breaking. Just passing ball to other people to cover up there mistake.So disappointed

Nothing fancy about this place but most importantly they are super friendly and efficient. The team made sure I got in and out of there as quickly as possible, even though they were busy, which made it a really good experience. Definitely recommend you give mycar Fyshwick a call if you need tyres or a car service.

Really grateful to the nice guys at mycar Tyre & Auto Fyshwick for prioritising and helping me.I must admit, I was pretty frazzled by the time I rang them. I'm an out of towner and was on my way home when my car broke down. I'd called about 10 random mechanics as I needed a destination before the tow truck would come (highly recommend ACTNOW towing); my 4G had hardly any reception where I was and kept dropping out and each mechanic I phoned said they wouldn't even be able to look at my car till the following week, let alone order parts and fix it. Luckily another mechanic recommended this place to me.I needed to get home as we all do after holidays. I was travelling alone, car packed to the brim with camping/camera gear etc and my beloved kayak on top. Over the phone they assured me they could look at my car asap and if a simple job fix it, also assured me if they needed the car longer they could safely secure it with my kayak on top locked inside their premises which was a great relief.True to their word, they looked at my car as soon as I came in even though they seemed busy. Parts were ordered that arrived the following day and they had the car all set up to work on so I was able to get out of there and get on the road asap to head home.Very professional and true to their word. Much appreciated! Thanks guy!! :)
