I was waiting in the perfume section two employees were serving other customers, which is of course fine. No acknowledgment but both looked at me. One finished with a customer and went and served a lady that had just walked into the store. So I waited for the other one, when she finished, same thing happened. It was very obvious that I was waiting for assistance, to buy something from the locked perfume case. Overall I never write reviews but this experience was just ridiculous.

What can I say, I really like shopping at Myer. If you look for the specials there are some hidden bargains to be found.

Very slow drive-through service (25 min).My hash brown was cold by the time I got served and was told they were out of coffee beans. Not impressed.

There are plenty of good things but no staff to serve you. Don't even bother with shoes. Way too hard

I was served by Najia and I just want to say, I had the best customer experience I've ever had. I was greeted and got help in the purfume section straight away and it felt like I was talking to a friend, instead of feeling like I was just another customer.Couldn't have asked for a better service, well be back.

I don't look like a typical Myer" customer as I have a long beard and tattoos so I was basically ignored when I went in store to pick up a click and collect. In future I'll shop somewhere where I'm not judged on my appearance."

Went to buy a couple of things from Myers. Received amazing customer service by staff named Maya in perfume section. Great to be served by a smile.
