Very poor drive thru experiences. Many times stopped here on the way to work for my morning coffee only to be very disappointed, way too hot, burnt milk, wrong milk used, terrible flavour, very slow service.Won't be wasting my money at this store again.

Got bacon and egg muffin in drive thru l. Egg cooked on a grubby grill and bits in it! Not impressed. When I gave them a $10 note that apparently had a slight tear in it they refused to take it!

After previously being with McDonald's for 10 years working my way up I was quite shocked at how either the people manager cutting the A.H.R to a point that the store looked a mess, the wait time , A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE SHIFT SUPERVISOR ON(only downside was no name badge so couldn't identify)as did best he could, to the lady working in the kitchen in complete black and what looked like not the correct uniform rather than have your phone on you and lean help your team mates out as the saying is flex otherwise call out to the people manger to cross trainI know the stigma around complaints but hopefully the franchisee or area manager can see that being what looks like a newish store not gain a bad reputation16-4-2023 @ 7pm

I was genuinely impressed by the store's cleanliness; upon entering the store it was noticeable how well-maintained dining area was.This store sets a high standard when it comes to maintaining a clean environment, making it a delightful spot to grab a meal or spend some time with friends.

Definitely need more staff here. I could hear staff screaming from the coffee area to the food area for help. I ordered through the app for pick up at the counter. They said they didn’t have cheese and ham toastie so I ordered banana bread and it took 30 mins to arrive. I actually feel sorry for the staff here. I sat here for a while watching and saw how busy they were. The reason they get orders wrong is because they can’t get enough staff to help especially in peak hours.

I do not want to be rude ! The lady was working in the store for more than 20min watching me but did not bother to serve ! This is ridiculous!!To the boss of this macd ! You need help man i feel sorry for you having staff like you ! I my self working as a manager in dominos for four years ! I wish i could give negative ratings to your business

I’ve had many bad experiences in this store; drive thru, Uber Eats, and in store services. Initially, I chalked it up to one-off’s, and not a continuous bad service that would happen order after order.Last night’s order in particular was a drive-thru, where upon order, we were greeted by the staff who was facing away from the window and on her phone. It displayed a lack of professionalism in store, but honestly not the biggest issue regarding that night. I proceeded to pay for our order and continue to the next window.Wait time was no issue, though it did take a good 5 minutes for a large order (order consisted of 3 Quarter Pounders, 1 Big Mac Bacon, 1 Double Cheeseburger, 1 Hashbrown, and 20 piece nuggets).Upon receiving the order, I checked the bag to see if all the contents were inside. We noticed that the double cheeseburger was missing, and notify the staff who shortly comes with said burger, thinking that all’s done and dusted.Once I made it home, we find that the order was not taken into consideration, as the Big Mac Bacon was literally missing the bacon (charged extra for something we did not even get), no pickles in all of the burgers, overcooked hashbrown that was broken in half upon taking out of the bag, and cold, stale chips (this has been recurring ever since).I definitely feel cheated out of my order, and honestly, it's the last straw. I’m hoping this’ll make a change to the service in this particular store, and having the feedback team do something about this.

I often go through for coffee- the girl that makes the coffee it great. However the rest of the staff are dismissive, rude and they never seem to have anything! No frappes, no marshmallows. This morning I ordered a bacon and egg muffin without the egg. Got an egg and cheese, took it back, then got sausage and egg! Third time I got what I ordered bacon and cheese. This is what I was served. I also ordered a soy latte, I got normal full cream milk- which I can’t drink. NOT good enough. Their staff need training and proper management! I will not be going there again. Waste of money when things are not edible :-(

This place is absolutely terrible!!! Waited 20 min for food when there were only 6 customers in store. They are more worried about Uber food than the customers that actually still make the effort to come inside. Finally got our food, sat down and wrong burgers and also missing burgers. The place is never clean with left over food and wrappers sitting on the tables and a floor that looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped for months. Too scared to even attempt the toilet area.
