Maintenance check was completed, once left a long loud beeping sound started to go off every couple of minutes and the glass doors we just had cleaned was filthy. Called to get the guy out to fix it, the person on the phone was very rude and then kept putting me on hold and then just transferred me to someone else without advising me! I saw the guy who did it working on a company across the road and he wouldn't fix it and then someone else was sent out who huffed and puffed the whole time he was working as if we were the ones who made the error.

Just a quick note to let you know how much i appreciated the way in which Vanessa, handled an issue i had with a company under your umbrella She listened to my problem , acted quickly and it is because of her that after 7 months of my frustration at getting no where with them it was settled the following morning. Vanessa is a credit to your company i stress the issue was with another firm not yours , which i believe has been taken over by DormakabaTony Arcidiaco
