Edenhills Pet Cremation

Eden hills and my vet handled my precious dogs ashes with so much thought. Everything carried out as requested and said they was no rush to choose any other items which made it so much easier. Very helpful with all my questions and beautifully packaged ashes were returned to me in a week. Thank you Eden hills for making such a difficult time a little easier.

I'm so glad Edenhills exists.Unfortunately we had to call upon Edenhills for the 2nd time in 9 months.Our beautiful nearly 17 yro Labrador...Ubu..died peacefully at home on Anzac day.I was interstate...and my devastated wife was all alone not knowing what to do.The Edenhills team quickly arranged the wonderful Matt to attend (within 70 minutes on a public holiday).Matt is no stranger to our house...and he consoled my wife...giving her all the time she needed to say her goodbyes...then meticulously wrapped and placed him delicately in the clean modern van.Less than 24 hours later...a lovely lady (Maree I think) returned our boy home beautifully presented for us to keep forever. She wasn't in a rush to leave...but stayed ensuring my wife was OK.What wonderful, genuine and compassionate people.Thank you so much.Unfortunately...so many of our friends have pooches nearing that time who have all requested Edenhills details.Thanks team...you made a difficult time easy.Paul EBrunswick East

I recently lost my best mate and to say in a terrible time to have such care and support from the team at West Gippsland Veterinary Clinic in organising the cremation through Edenhills and Edenhills themselves was incredibly touching and moving, also the quality and craftsmanship of the final memorial for my boy is incredible and a touching tribute to my mate. Thank you Edenhills for such a wonderful memorial to my boy

I have mostly positive feelings about this experience so I hope this comes across as constructive feedback. Their products are beautiful, I honestly cannot describe how much I love them and staff were mostly really lovely.I was told by the in home euthanasia service someone from Edenhills would ring me when my fur baby arrived, and I felt like I was waiting a bit too long to hear from them so I ended up ringing them myself the following evening. I was very teary and they were very compassionate, supportive and kind, they said all the right things.For delivery, I had two people contact me and they both got my name wrong which was frustrating, particularly with the first person who thought my cat and I had the same name (her name not mine) the interaction felt quite transactional. However in saying that, my mum received the delivery and she said the second person was really lovely when he arrived, very compassionate and kind.Despite a few communication issues I cannot thank them enough for looking after my fur baby at this sad time and safely returning her home, that is really the most important thing and the keepsakes are just beautiful.

My cat was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Disease on April 1st and I had to put her to sleep. I was devastated. The vet used Eden Hills for their cremation services, so I chose a package from their booklet and after a long month wait (I chose the most expensive package) I received Luna’s ashes.It was so beautifully presented and packaged, and they even chose the best section of fur clipping that showed all of her colours, and the fur clipping is probably what means the most to me. You could tell so much compassion was involved with their whole process as well as the fact they have a 7-point checking system so you can know with ease and absolute certainty that you will be receiving your babies ashes back, and there will be no mistakes made.I have a little shrine, if you will, with all of the pieces from my packages along with some photos to remember her always.I cannot recommend them more highly.

I cannot thank the team at Edenhills enough for taking great care with my beautiful girl Ruby. My first phone call to make the arrangements was emotional, but after speaking with your reassuring and compassionate staff I knew that I was placing her final journey in safe, caring hands. I can not thank Edenhills enough for everything they have done for my family over the last couple of weeks. From the first phone call to when they bought my boy home, they were absolutely fantastic. We chose Edenhills to care for our Jasper after we lost him at 14 years old. Their care and attention to detail are fantastic. During such an incredibly difficult time in our lives, Amy helped us to make the arrangements. The very kind lady, Marie (?) who came to collect Jasper, the care she showed was amazing. Allowing us as much time as we needed to say goodbye, taking his favourite toy and outfit with him. When he was ready to be returned to us, Vicki was so sweet to my family.The entire team went above and beyond during our loss. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all yet again. To have our teddy bear to hold, his paw print and his urn means he is with us forever.

Used even hills through my vet and my little dog arrived home today. It was seamless and took just over a week. So happy to have these precious reminders of my little girl. Thank you for an amazing job done with sensitivity in a very difficult time. Forever grateful and will cherish these keep sakes x
