Service is slow , always under staffed and purchased a chocolate doughnut for my son only to find out it was frozen. Better of going up the road to Mobil service station.

Why should customers who are simply walking in, paying for $50-$150 of fuel and walking out have to wait while the insufficient number of staff rostered on make 5 coffee's and  2 hot dogs first...Roster on more staff in busier periods.This is the same story with 90%.of OTR'S...

Christmas Eve and the operators have left a trainee by himself in this place. Not coping with the crowd. Eftpos not operating. Expecting customers to get cash from an atm that charges them $2.90 to pay for fuel yet no indication of this before filling. Should have been taken off cost, not customers' fault they have to use it. And it ripped off the previous user by 50 bucks!The owners should never have left just one staff and no resources for support. Really a poor reflection on otr in general. And so unfair on this new staff member, and a whole bunch of unhappy clients who see him unsupported.Not coming back in a hurry.

Great staff, great service, good selection of food and snacks, cheap smokes and reasonable prices on fuel and open 24 hrs a day which is very convenient

It was an experience, not a good one. The ice cream tasted like water and it was overall an experience that deeply saddened my soul

Rubbish staff attitude. Empty boxes left scattered in aisles. Untucked staff. Weak, cold coffee... positive is that it has petrol so you can always drive to the next one.

Has a wendys ,the reason we chose to stop there for hotdogs... had no hotdog rolls so no hotdogs..

On a Tuesday afternoon at the Clare OTR. After driving a distance that was quite far. A sundae I decided would quench my hunger. But the result did cause me great anger. To the counter, myself and fam ordered. A simplistic task that caused the workers to fluster. Midway through the tasks completion. The sundae machine became quite broken. Time ticked on and longer I waited. But not a single bite of choccy sundae had I tasted. The lady behind the counter made some excuses. But I didn't care because this experience had been a nuisance. So from this, if there's that can be taught. It is if you go to this Wendy's, you will end up writing a similar report.

Firstly, put more staff on! Secondly, give the sweet man with a mullet a pay raise

Friendly staff who are trying their best.Came in on 2 separate occasions (Sat 8am 11th, Sun 4pm 12th), 1 occasion was for fuel and coffee, waited 12 minutes for my coffee, second occasion placed an app order well ahead of time, walked into the store and my order wasn't started, waited an extra 23 minutes as the guy served other customers and made their coffees before mine. Also on the order was 1 hotdog for cheese and mustard, he made 2 hotdogs, 1 with cheese and tomato sauce, the other with mustard and tomato sauce. I left with both hotdogs because I was now running late to get it fixed. I would also like to point out when making the milkshakes you need to let the pump rise all the way to the top before pressing again otherwise a chocolate milkshake isn't chocolate enough, it's still vanilla
