I normally have a good experience here, receptionist are friendly and helpful and other drs I've seen have been professional but Dr Sulatha Minoson has always been short tempered and rude with me and today told me she will no longer have me as a patient as I told her to stop cutting me off and talking down to me and all I needed was a referral for an xray through my insurance not hard but she refused to do it for me. It is such an inconvenience as I need it done urgently and now I have to wait for the next available appointment with another doctor and who knows when that will be. Learn some people skills and adjust your attitude Doctor.

Doctors are fine but wait times are ridiculous. I honestly didn't know it was possible to run an hour and a half behind schedule at 9 in the morning.

Lovely girls at the front desk who are always happy to help out with any needs or changes. Pleasant Doctors who explain things well and Michelle the nurse is lovely and gives the best injections.

Great medical centre. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially receptionist Jacquline.Jacqueline always has a smile on her face and always goes above and beyond. Jacqueline's customer service is outstanding.

Doctors are great, unfortunately the service is not. Have been going here three years and it appears that the practice no longer considers service important, from not answering phone calls to giving misinformation about times taken, I no longer feel valued and will be seeking to move my care elsewhere. When I reported issues I did receive an apology from the practice manager who was nice but it does not feel like anything will change. If we are being charged on top of bulk billing (which I totally support in the case of good care) then it is not unreasonable to expect the level of care to at least remain the same.
